I didn’t start At Face Value because I wanted a business.

I started it because I wanted women to feel something.

 

I wanted women to walk in tired, overwhelmed, unsure of themselves… and walk out remembering who the hell they are. I wanted to create a space where beauty wasn’t about trends or perfection — it was about confidence, self-worth, and feeling seen.

 

But this brand isn’t just for clients.

It’s for the women entering this industry who feel the same way I once did: lost, unsupported, and trying to figure everything out alone. When I was coming up, so many people gatekept information, acted intimidated, or didn’t want to help. I promised myself I would never be that person.

 

So I built At Face Value as a home — not just a studio.

A place where women can be empowered, educated, and encouraged.

Where upcoming estheticians don’t have to guess, struggle, or feel like they’re doing it wrong. Where support isn’t an afterthought, it’s the foundation.

 

Every service, every artist I help, every room I open… it all comes back to the same mission:

to help women feel beautiful, powerful, and capable — inside, outside, and in their craft.
